The Restaurant is owned and operated by Christopher Nath and Nerissa Gilbert-Nath. Christopher and Nerissa both come from corporate and entrepreneurial backgrounds and after moving to Canada in 2016, decided to open a new restaurant in an attempt to expand and promote the Caribbean infused dishes within the GTA.
